The accommodation comprises of a spacious 23' by 17' living room with high ceilings, and four large windows, allowing the daytime sunshine in. Magnificent sea views overlooking Meadfoot Beach. It has been furnished in keeping with the character of the property and includes 3 & 2 seata sofas with antique occasional furniture. Entertainment is provided by a TV (free view), Video & DVD player, a small library of various discs & videos. A hi fi with radio/cassette/CD player.
The dining area comprises of a round table with 6 chairs.
Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen which features 4 electric hob, grill & oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & microwave and all kitchen appliances
The master bedroom has a Vi Spring King size double bed with Mahogany wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with reading lights. Hair dryer can be found in a drawer. Again the bedroom features sea views through a large bay window. This room also has the benefit of en-suite facilities, fully tiled electric shower, WC & washbasin with mirror, light & shaver point.
The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table & reading lamp.

In the hall there is a cupboard containing a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is gas centrally heated with bed linen, towels and travel cot, are all included.
Adjacent to the Apartment is the The Osborne Hotel situated in the centre of the crescent which offers two restaurants for you to dine and a take away service is also offered.
There is also the Hesketh Health Club, which hosts a fitness centre, sauna & indoor swimming pool. For a small nominal fee of £25 for a family of 4, these are all available for your use for a week. There is also Tennis Court, which can be booked on an hourly rate. On acquiring a Health Club Membership, you are entitled to a discount when dining at the restaurants.
